Support Worker Training Program
Train to be a qualified support worker in 12 months.
We offer personalized disability support services across Australia through our traineeship program. This comprehensive program combines on-the-job training, mentorship, and classroom learning to equip you with valuable industry skills.
As a trainee, you will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining practical experience and developing essential skills. You will assist individuals with daily tasks, understand and follow care plans, administer medication, and provide manual handling assistance.
Our program requires you to obtain an NDIS Check, WWCC & Police Check, possess a driver's license, have access to a vehicle, and be available for shift work including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
By joining our Support Worker Training Program, you will gain hands-on experience and develop the skills required to become a qualified support worker.
