Casual Dock Hand Banksmeadow $***** per hour
Our client located in Banksmeadow are currently seeking casual experienced Freight Handlers.
The Freight Handlers will be required to manually move freight within the depot.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out all duties within set time frames and follow instructions
Unload or load vehicles and cages / stillages
Scanning and sorting freight up to 25 kilos
Re palletising of freight
Identifying damages and reporting in accordance to site process
Ensure compliance and safety is adhered to at all times
Skills & Experience
Basic understanding of a transport depot is highly advantageous
Have a high attention to detail
Confident using a scanner
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and good numeracy skills and postcode knowledge
Previous experience in a transport depot
Transport blue card or willing to obtain
