As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch field service and engine repair expertise.


Key Responsibilities:

* You will serve as the first point of contact for customers experiencing engine breakdowns, utilizing your diagnostic skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

* Maintaining a fleet of engines requires meticulous attention to detail and regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance.

* Capturing and analyzing engine data is crucial in identifying trends and areas for improvement, allowing us to refine our services and better support our customers.

* Through effective fault diagnostics, you will quickly pinpoint problems and implement targeted solutions, minimizing downtime and ensuring customer satisfaction.

* Your expertise in diverse engine repairs, from minor adjustments to complex overhauls, will enable you to tackle even the most challenging tasks with confidence.

* Balancing autonomous work and collaboration with other team members will foster a dynamic and supportive work environment.

* We are seeking individuals who can effectively communicate and build strong relationships with other major Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), promoting seamless cooperation and mutual understanding.

* As the primary interface between our organization and customers, you will embody the values and professionalism that define our brand, delivering exceptional results and exceeding expectations.


To Be Successful In This Role:

* A combination of field service experience and heavy-duty engine expertise is highly desirable, though not necessarily required.

* A relevant trade qualification, such as Heavy Diesel, is beneficial but not essential; what matters most is your ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practical situations.

* Your proficiency in engine diagnostics will enable you to troubleshoot complex problems and provide tailored solutions.

* The capacity to work independently and remotely for extended periods is vital, as is your commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

* A genuine dedication to workplace safety is non-negotiable, as is a valid driver's license and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


Qualifications For Internal Candidates:

* Internal candidates must maintain a tidy and well-organized workspace and toolbox.

* A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality repairs will set you apart.

* While experience with engine rebuilds and major repairs is preferred, it is not an essential requirement at this time.

* Cummins product knowledge is advantageous but not necessary; what matters most is your adaptability and eagerness to learn.
