Your New Role
As a Senior People Partner supporting the Member Engagement, Education & Advice (MEEA) division, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering people strategies that drive performance, culture, and capability. You'll work closely with the Group Executive and Senior Leadership Team to co-create tailored solutions that meet divisional needs and bring Aware Super's Employee Value Proposition to life.
You'll lead a cross-functional squad to deliver strategic initiatives across the employee lifecycle, from workforce planning and organisational design to leadership development and cultural transformation.
This is a high-impact role where your insights and leadership will directly influence how our people experience working at Aware.
** Please note, this role has become available due to an internal promotion and is being offered as a 5 month contract **
In this role, you will:
* Partner with divisional leaders to develop and implement people plans aligned to business strategy
* Lead cultural transformation, change management, and organisational design initiatives
* Forecast workforce costs and talent demands to support strategic growth
* Deliver strategic advice on employee relations, including complex case management and dispute resolution
* Drive leadership and team development programs that build capability and engagement
* Use people data and KPIs to identify opportunities and lead targeted solutions
