The Australian Dementia Network (ADNeT) Registry is seeking a detail-focused, organised and purpose-driven professional to support its day-to-day operations. This is an opportunity to contribute to a national program shaping the future of dementia care across Australia.

You will work closely with a supportive and collaborative team of registry experts, researchers and clinicians based at Monash University's School of Public Health and Preventive Medicine.

You enjoy supporting systems that run smoothly and are comfortable managing a variety of responsibilities from patient recruitment activities, preparing ethics and governance documents to handling sensitive participant data.

Responsibilities:

1. Undertake patient recruitment activities

2. Support registry operational activities

3. Administrative service coordination

4. Support ethics and governance activities

5. Provide front-line and administrative services

6. Maintain an organised document repository

7. Assist with research-related activities

Requirements:
">
A tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant area e.g. health, research, administration.

Strong administrative and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and a proactive work style.

Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive data confidentially.

Experience working in a research clinical or registry setting is advantageous but not essential.
