About the job

As an Inclusive Employment Australia Activity Management Officer your responsibilities will include:

- Conduct health and safety risk assessments and maintain incident management reporting to support safe and meaningful engagement in activities

- Support participants to overcome barriers and connect with activities across various Employment Service Areas

- Collaborate with community organisations to coordinate and develop activities, ensuring a smooth transition for the host, participants and staff

- Source and match participants with suitable activities including study, training, volunteering and short-term employment

About you

- Experience in Employment Services, with knowledge of disabilities and the disability support sector

- Confident in applying tailored strategies to meet participant needs

- Skilled at managing high workloads, competing priorities and tight deadlines

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- Self-motivated, autonomous and capable of maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally

- Attention to detail, high standards of professionalism and customer service excellence

- Must hold a Driver's license as travel throughout the region will be required
