* Location: Eveleigh, Sydney NSW (Hybrid)
* Salary: Clerk Grade 7/8 with base salary ranging from $113,574 to $125,720 per annum, plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
The DoE's Information Technology Directorate (ITD) Commercial Management Team is transforming. We align our operating model to ensure we do the right work at the right time driving commercial and contract management best practices to deliver superior value from our IT contract to the department.
The IT Commercial Administration Officer is primarily responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality administrative support enabling the effective end-to-end management of IT contracts within the department's IT contract management framework.
About you:
* Organised, thorough, has attention to detail and takes pride in producing high-quality work
* Able to manage high volumes of work, ad-hoc requests and unforeseen issues
* Confidence in working independently, proactive and able to manage priorities
* Quick learner and technology savvy, preferably for finance, procurement and contract management related applications
* Must have relevant procurement and/or contract management experience within Government, preferably for ICT goods and services
