The Role
* Deliver exceptional customer service while managing high‐volume coffee orders
* Ensure every customer receives a consistently high‐quality coffeeMaintain stock levels and keep your workspace clean and organised
* Set, adjust, and calibrate coffee machines and grinders
* Perform daily cleaning, maintenance, and machine step‐down procedures
About You
* Hold a valid Blue Card
* Experienced barista with strong technical coffee skills
* Professionally presented with excellent communication abilities
* Reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
* Barista qualification required
* Minimum 1 year barista experience
* Strong customer service focus and a warm, engaging "barista personality"
