The Role
- Manage sales administration for all properties listed for sale
- Coordinate Sales Campaigns in collaboration with the Director's Executive Assistant
- Provide support for changes during sales campaigns
- Process property exchanges
- Assist with data entry, reporting, projects, and process improvements as needed
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by management
The Candidate
- We are looking for someone with 6 months + experience of reception or administration experience within the Real Estate Industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to delivering outstanding service and going the extra mile
- A self-driven attitude with a passion for continuous learning, development, and growth
- The ability to be proactive, problem-solve, and think on your feet!
- A Real Estate Certificate of Registration
