About the Role
You will manage cases effectively for children and young people aged 0-18 in Kinship placements. Your goal is to support them through daily challenges, fostering positive relationships and engaging them in activities designed to build resilience and self-esteem.
Key Responsibilities
* Effectively manage cases for vulnerable children and young people in Kinship placements.
* Build strong relationships with kinship carers, birth parents, extended family members and professionals to provide a secure environment for the child's development.
* Harness the capacity of extended family networks to ensure the best possible care arrangements for the children and young people in your care.

Requirements
* Diploma of Community Welfare Work or related discipline (desirable but not essential).
* Current driver's license (mandatory).
* Previous experience in the child and family welfare field, particularly in Child Protection, Out of Home Care, Family Services, and/or other services working with vulnerable families and children.
