What You'll Be Doing
* Process customer payments and freight data with accuracy and efficiency.
* Deliver top-tier customer service across multiple departments.
* Support cargo claims processes to reduce errors and improve service.
* Ensure accurate weights and measurements to prevent incorrect charges.
* Be a key link between customers and our internal teams (Customer Support, Operations, Marine & Finance).
What You'll Bring
* Solid computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and confidence with EFTPOS/cash handling.
* Experience in cargo receivables, consolidation, and dispatching.
* Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
* Forklift licence is a bonus
