We are looking for a motivated and ambitious intern to join our Melbourne team and contribute to our growth journey while developing valuable commercial and recruitment skills.
Position
About the Role
This is not a typical internship.
You will work directly with experienced recruitment and business leaders, gaining exposure to executive recruitment, international business services and client engagement.
The successful candidate will assist with:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
* Candidate sourcing and market mapping
* Screening resumes and conducting initial candidate interviews
* Writing and posting job advertisements
* Managing candidate pipelines and recruitment databases
* Supporting executive search assignments
* Coordinating interviews and candidate communications
Business Development Support
* Researching target industries and companies
* Assisting with proposals and capability statements
* Participating in networking and business development initiatives
International Projects
* Working with international clients expanding into Australia
* Supporting multicultural recruitment projects
* Assisting with workforce and market‐entry initiatives
What We're Looking For
* Native or fluent speaker of French, German or Spanish
* Currently studying or recently graduated in:
* Human Resources
* Business
* International Business
* Commerce
* Marketing
* Related discipline
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Highly organised and proactive attitude
* Interest in recruitment, consulting and international business
* Previous customer service, sales or recruitment experience
* Experience living or studying internationally
* Additional language skills

Internship Requirements
Applicants must be enrolled through a recognised education provider that can facilitate the internship and provide the required legal and academic framework.
