**The Role**
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and organised Parts Interpreter to further develop their career. You will be working with a prestige brand (BMW) and will be accountable for the following responsibilities:
- Building customer relationships through superior customer service
- Supply and invoicing of parts to Service and Pre-Delivery departments
- Assist with maximising part sales profit margin where possible
- Prepare and assist in annual stocktake
- Assist in parts delivery when required
- Utilise manufacturer provided technical assistance.
**About You**
- Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter
- Certificate III in Automotive Sales (Parts Interpreting) or equal industry experience desirable
- Strong mechanical aptitude & knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a sound working relationship with customers, employees, stakeholders and business partners
- Ability to meet deadlines & carry out instructions as required in a timely manner
- Able to comply with manufacturer and dealership repair processes, policies and procedures
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work in a team environment & contribute to dealership goals/targets
