Use sales data, customer insights and competitive intel to identify trends, gaps and new opportunities. Work side-by-side with tech and product teams to enhance the booking journey and platform functionality. Partner with marketing to develop compelling campaigns and optimise merchandising strategy. Continuously improve operational processes for greater efficiency and better customer outcomes. Present forecasts, performance reporting, and strategic updates to the senior leadership team.
