Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Coach to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing in-field training and coaching to support formal training and conducting special events according to the promotional calendar.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver in-field training programs for product knowledge, Art of Service, and Art of Perfection.
2. Conduct Art of Beauty training for Beauty Advisors within your territory in Spa and Retail stores.
3. Ensure seamless onboarding of new Beauty Advisors using Education tools provided.
4. Identify and report skills gaps of consultants and develop coaching plans to improve performance and KPIs.
5. Motivate, lead, and encourage department store Beauty Advisors and Territory Representatives to achieve sales targets.
6. Conduct CRM training with new Beauty Advisors and ensure guidelines are adhered to within the existing team.
7. Provide New Product Training for Beauty Advisors unable to attend training.
Sales and Promotions:
1. Coach, lead, and inspire Counter Managers, Beauty Advisors, and Salon staff as needed for your assigned territory to successfully reach their individual targets and reinforce team dynamics to achieve counter targets.
2. Offer innovative ideas for events to generate retail and provide insight on event performance.
3. Plan, coordinate, and implement promotions according to guidelines, such as facial weeks, workshops, special events, and new product launches.
4. Personally conduct facials and key events, including presenting at workshops and cocktail events.
5. Act as an ambassador in-store to develop relationships with all accounts in your territory, including Store Managers, Deputy Store Managers, Visual Merchandising Managers, Sales Managers, Beauty Advisors, and all Salon/Spa Managers and staff.
6. Under management guidance, seek out and connect with luxury brand contracts to establish and grow potential partnerships.
7. Assist in handling client complaints and coach team members on effectively resolving various client service situations.
Requirements:
1. 3-5 years of experience in Field Coaching and Training in luxury skincare/cosmetics fields.
2. Strong communication and coaching skills.
3. Presentable, attention to detail, self-motivated, and independent with excellent interpersonal skills in working with all front-line staff.
4. Open to feedback and seeking solutions to improve.
5. Self-organized with preparation of training materials/coaching tools and well-managed personal schedule.
6. Administrative skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
