The Role
You will be part of RFDS Mobile Patient Care, delivering patient-first transport services for pre- and post-hospital care.
Main Responsibilities
* Delivering safe clinical interventions across various patient acuity levels.
* Effective communication with dispatch and healthcare teams for safe patient transport.
* Mentoring junior staff to maintain professional registration and competencies through ongoing education.
* Ensuring safety and infection control standards are upheld, preparing vehicles and equipment ready for use.
* Contributing to continuous improvement by utilizing resources efficiently.
Requirements
* A degree in Paramedical Science, Health Science (Paramedic) or equivalent qualification.
* Completion of 400 clinical hours or graduate year program.
* Possession of a valid Victorian Driver's Licence.
* Availability for a 24/7 rotating roster.
