Transformative Water Solutions
We are a collaborative team of 300+ water sector specialists who are passionate about designing and delivering smart, resilient outcomes that help build healthy communities and sustainable outcomes throughout urban and regional Australia.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver complex engineering solutions in the water sector with extensive experience in mechanical design, commissioning and operations.
2. Lead teams through all project phases from planning and options development through concept and detailed design, specification preparation, procurement, construction support, commissioning, and operational handover.
3. Provide technical leadership during project delivery including oversight of mechanical design intent, equipment selection and installation practices.
4. Collaborate with bid teams to ensure alignment of mechanical design during tender phases; review technical documentation; refine cost estimates; and develop competitive proposals.
5. Work closely with procurement teams to define scopes, engage vendors (including RFQ processes), and coordinate equipment selection.
6. Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders acting as a key technical liaison to present solutions confidently and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
