Qualifications & experience
Current & Valid Commercial Driver's License with appropriate endorsements
Commercial Driver's Fatigue Management Certificate (validity within 2 years)
Valid National Police Clearance
Proven as a Road Train Operator - carting triple side tippers and self-loading with a front end loader
Experience operating in an on-road and off-road environment
Knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
Tasks & responsibilities
Transporting Ore and Bulk Haulage across various sites
Driving Triple/Quad Road trains
Side Tippers & Self Loading
Safely Operate Road trains, following all traffic laws and regulations
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in optimal working condition
Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel and delivery hours
Follow company policies and procedures for vehicle maintenance and safety
