What you\'ll be doing
Engaging with potential customers, understanding their unique needs and requirements to present the best options, and supporting them to get the best outcomes for their new home
Welcoming and engaging with clients when rostered on at showhomes (including weekends)
Identifying and proactively managing leads, converting enquiries into sales
Be the trusted point of contact through the sales process, keeping clients informed of progress, addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a smooth handover to the Construction team.
Representing Mike Greer Homes\' brand in all client interactions
Does this sound like you?
* Proven experience as a New Home Sales Consultant or similar sales role within the real estate or construction industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to close sales by supporting clients to make confident, informed decisions
* Passionate about the property market and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience
* Enjoy being in control of your own earning potential
