The Opportunity
As our HR Advisor/Officer - Enterprise Bargaining Support, you will be at the heart of our EBA development and implementation. You will collaborate across departments and with union representatives to ensure smooth negotiations and successful rollouts.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate EBA activities: logs of claims, meeting agendas, minutes, and documentation.
- Prepare data and materials for bargaining meetings.
- Support EBA rollout: communications, leader briefings, and payroll updates (UKG).
- Track progress and milestones across the bargaining lifecycle.
- Facilitate stakeholder and union engagement.
- Organise and schedule EBA meetings.
- Conduct research to inform bargaining positions.
- Draft and review EBA clauses for compliance and strategic alignment.
- Assist with formal submissions to the Fair Work Commission.

About You
You’re a detail-oriented professional with a passion for industrial relations and enterprise bargaining. You thrive in collaborative environments and are confident managing complex documentation and stakeholder communications.
- Proven experience in enterprise bargaining.
- Tertiary qualification in Industrial Relations, Law, or Human Resources or about to graduate
- Experience in a large not-for-profit or charitable organisation (highly regarded).
- National Police Certificate (required).
