A leading national contractor specialising in bulk excavation, piling, retention systems, foundations and complex civil packages is seeking an experienced Earthworks Supervisor to join their growing Southeast Queensland team on the GC! The Role
* Supervise daily bulk excavation and earthworks operations
* Coordinate crews, subcontractors, operators and plant
* Drive programme, productivity and site performance
* Ensure works are completed safely and to specification
* Manage pre-starts, toolbox talks and daily reporting
* Liaise with engineers, project managers and site teams
* Oversee compliance, QA and environmental requirements
* Assist with planning and sequencing of works onsite
About You
* Proven experience supervising bulk earthworks or excavation projects
* Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies
* Experience working around deep excavations, retention or foundation works highly regarded
* Ability to lead crews and subcontractors effectively
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to read and interpret plans and project documentation
* Current Driver's Licence and relevant tickets
