Rehabilitation Consultant Opportunity

* Collaborate with stakeholders, including employees, medical specialists, treatment providers, and allied health professionals.
* Develop and implement return to wellness plans, applying your nursing knowledge and expertise.
* Conduct initial assessments and worksite reviews, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each individual's needs.
Our Rehabilitation Consultants work across local ADF bases, enjoying a hybrid role that offers flexibility and variety. You will be supported and mentored through our extensive onboarding process, receiving ongoing shadowing and guidance to build your skills and confidence.
Requirements:
* Current unrestricted registration or membership with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
* Tertiary qualifications in Nursing.
* Case Management experience and strong clinical reasoning skills.
* Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams and support the achievement of common goals.
* Passion for helping people rehabilitate and achieve optimal wellness.
Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists, Rehabilitation Counsellors, Osteopaths, or Social Workers with appropriate professional registration are also encouraged to apply.
