In the role of Specialised Banking Manager, you will join the Transactional Banking Team that's doubling down on customer obsession and winning together.
Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:
* Support bankers across NSW/ACT to grow revenue and customer satisfaction through targeted transactional solutions.
* Deliver exceptional service through meaningful customer connections.
* Educate customers and stakeholders on NAB's banking products and digital channels.
* Identify opportunities to increase customer participation and product usage.
* Maintain compliance by adhering to risk, policy and procedural requirements while supporting innovation.
We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:
* Experience in transactional or business banking
* Ability to work independently and manage your own business.
* Strong commercial acumen and customer focus.
* Interest or experience in financial technology and system integration.
* Passion for improving customer outcomes and understanding market trends.
