St Mary's School is situated in the town of Beaudesert. We are a co-educational primary school with a current enrolment of over 400 students. Our school offers the latest in teaching and learning, technology and extracurricular activities. Play a key role in supporting the school's administrative and operational needs, taking on a diverse range of tasks.

* Start date: Commencing January 2026
* Work hours: 27.5 hours per week
* Salary: School Officer Level 2 - $32.50 + super (School Salary Scale)
* Status: Term Time | Fixed-term

About the opportunity

In this position you will be responsible for:

* Organising documents and correspondence as directed
* Responding to enquiries and providing basic information as required
* Assisting with a range of routine administrative support across the school
* Maintaining established systems, processes and registers
* Assisting with arranging meetings and other school activities or events


About you

To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:

* Proficiency in and an understanding of Microsoft Office 365 Suite
* Adaptable, flexible, proactive, and able to prioritise tasks effectively
* Providing general administrative support
* Processing requests following policies and procedures
* Organising meetings, activities and events
* For this position you are not required to be Catholic


Eligibility and Safeguarding requirements

* Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
* Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement
