We are seeking a Hybrid AI Artist / Compositor - a forward-thinking visual artist who blends traditional compositing mastery with cutting‐edge generative AI techniques. This role is ideal for a creative technologist eager to shape the future of digital production workflows through AI integration.
You will collaborate with directors, producers, and VFX leads to design, composite, and optimize visual sequences, while leveraging advanced AI tools such as Veo 3, Nano Banana, and emerging generative video and image systems to accelerate creative execution.
What you'll be doing
* Execute high-quality compositing in Nuke across film, advertising, and branded content.
* Integrate AI-driven visual generation using tools like Veo 3, Nano Banana, and other emerging tech within production pipelines.
* Create test visuals and motion prototypes with gen‐AI models for concepting and previsualization.
* Collaborate with VFX supervisors and creative teams to align AI outputs with client tone and visual direction.
* Develop repeatable workflows that combine human artistry and machine‐driven creativity for efficiency and scale.
* Stay ahead of AI and compositing trends, experimenting with new tools that enhance rendering, matte extraction, and motion refinement.
What you can bring
* Proven experience in post‐production, VFX, or motion graphics with demonstrated compositing experience.
* Expert‐level skills with Nuke, and familiarity with Adobe After Effects.
* Hands‐on knowledge of Veo 3, Nano Banana, and other generative AI content platforms.
* Ability to explore and develop Gen AI programs in our 'sandbox program' with other Creative Technologists in Groupe worldwide.
* Become a thought leader on Gen AI Postproduction in the trade press / LinkedIn
* Proven ability to blend human creative judgment with tech‐aided image generation.
* Strong technical and artistic understanding of lighting, grading, and image composition.
* Collaborative mindset and ability to ideate with multidisciplinary teams across creative, tech, and production.
* Experience in fast‐paced production environments, ideally within agency or studio settings.
