**Your new role**
Working alongside and reporting into the Manager of Organisation Development, you will be a part of a dedicated and experienced team that supports and delivers comprehensive HR related services while working towards the achievement of the operational plan. The HR Coordinator is responsible for the below duties;
- Provide advisory and coordination services to support the company's recruitment, development and retention strategies and systems
- Interpret and advise on HR policies and employment contracts
- Coordinate between systems and data management to ensure appropriate integrations of processes and maintain a cohesive database.
