BX Bunka Australia is seeking a highly skilled customer service professional to join our team. As a call centre consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Engagement
* Qualifying new client leads coming into the business via telephone and web inquiries
* Assisting clients with technical and service inquiries
* Redirecting calls as required to relevant business units
* Relationship Building
The Successful Incumbent Will Have:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role or retail sales environment
* CRM Knowledge and Experience
* A high level of oral and written communication skills that allow you to inform, help and advise customers clearly and to liaise effectively with other professionals
* Listening Skills
* Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy when dealing with difficult situations
* Demonstrated commitment to high quality customer service with the ability to understand complex customer enquiries and manage customer expectations whilst adhering to policies and procedures
* Experience handling high volumes of calls and emails
* Technical Skills
* Ability to build successful customer relationships
* Professional phone manner
* Attention to Detail
* Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to work in a team environment and meet agreed service level benchmarks
