About the Role
We are seeking a fully accredited AHPRA‐registered podiatrist to join our community care team, serving the Northern Beaches and North Shore of Sydney on a casual basis. The role involves conducting community‐based home visits to deliver person‐centered, evidence‐based foot care and submitting progress notes.
Responsibilities
* Deliver safe, person‐centered podiatry care and progress reports.
* Conduct regular clinical observations and report changes in client health status to the RN.
* Document all care accurately in the client management system in a timely manner.
* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
* Model wellness and rehabilitation while supporting the client's right to choice and dignity.
* Contribute to the effective functioning of the clinical team to meet business objectives.
Requirements
* Podiatry accreditation without any supervision requirements.
* Demonstrated experience working with older adults in a community, aged care, or hospital setting.
* Sound clinical judgement, problem‐solving skills, and the ability to work autonomously.
* Current police check and First Aid/CPR certifications.
* Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to professional development and safe practice.
* Proficiency in English is essential. Additional languages are a plus.
