What will you be doing?
Defining and executing end-to-end quality engineering strategies across complex digital platforms Embedding AI-driven approaches for intelligent test design, predictive risk insights, and automated defect analysis Driving an automation-first and shift-left culture across engineering teams Architecting and implementing continuous testing pipelines and AI-augmented automation frameworks Integrating functional, performance, security, and accessibility testing into CI/CD workflows Championing a customer-centric approach, ensuring quality engineering enhances customer experience and supports regulatory, security, and business outcomes What are we looking for?
Over 8 years of experience in quality engineering, working within large-scale and highly complex environments Demonstrated ability to lead the design and execution of comprehensive quality strategies leveraging AI-driven, security-first, and shift-left approaches Extensive hands-on expertise with modern automation frameworks, including Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, K6, JMeter and ZAP Proven capability in embedding automated testing into CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions Practical experience with AI-assisted testing and analysis platforms, along with a strong commitment to staying current with emerging AI and machine-learning advancements Solid grounding in secure software development, functional and non-functional test automation, test data management, and orchestration of test environments Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and influence a wide range of stakeholders A proactive, curious mindset with a strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement Benefits 12-month contract ASAP start Hybrid working (3 days in office) with genuine flexibility Highly collaborative and forward-thinking team How to Apply You must have full working rights in Australia and reside in Sydney.
