About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Apprenticeship Marketing Manager to lead marketing, employer engagement, and student recruitment for trade-based apprenticeship programs.
This role combines strategic marketing, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management to drive enrolments and strengthen our employer network in key trades.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing and recruitment strategies for trade apprenticeships.
Build and maintain relationships with automotive, carpentry, bricklaying, and tiling employers for apprenticeship placements.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, digital content, and outreach initiatives targeting prospective students and employers.
Represent SAI at expos, trade events, schools, and networking forums to promote apprenticeships.
Work collaboratively with admissions, compliance, and training teams to ensure smooth enrolment-to-placement transitions.
Monitor marketing performance and employer engagement outcomes, providing regular reports to management.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in marketing, business development, or apprenticeship coordination (preferably within education or training).
Strong understanding of the Australian Apprenticeship system, VET sector, and employer engagement practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with a proactive and goal-driven approach.
Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Business, Education, or related discipline.
