Pharmacy 777 is growing nationally, with a focus on supporting independent community pharmacy.
We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated, and patient-focused Pharmacist to join us as a Business Development Pharmacist at Pharmacy 777 Administration, where our pharmacist-led Pharmacy Development team supports our growing pharmacy network.

You must be an AHPRA registered pharmacist with a minimum of 5 years' experience in community practice as a professional services pharmacist, where your experience in health service implementation, delivery and management will be highly regarded. You will be reporting to the Pharmacy Operations Manager. The role is based at our Head Office in Osborne Park, Perth, WA, and you must be available to travel when required, as part of our dedicated support for our members.

Responsibilities
* Overseeing onboarding of new franchisees into our network of pharmacies.
* Working closely with Owners and Managers on implementing and optimising the Pharmacy 777 Operating Model and developing business plans to improve pharmacy's practice and performance.
* Mentoring, coaching and providing training and guidance to develop and progress their teams in delivering the expanding scope of practice and new health services.
* Supporting health service development, training, and implementation at a group wide level.
* Attending and supporting Group and industry events when required.
Qualifications / Requirements
* AHPRA registered pharmacist with minimum 5 years' experience in community practice as a professional services pharmacist.
* Experience in health service implementation, delivery and management is highly regarded.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups.
* Based at Head Office in Osborne Park, Perth, WA; willingness to travel as required.
