We are seeking an experienced Quality Designer II to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining quality goals, recommending improvements, and creating reliable technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with partners to define quality goals and recommend improvements.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to Quality Verification team members.
* Maintain clear documentation of quality standards, processes, and best practices.
* Facilitate knowledge sharing within the team and across departments.
* Identify and escalate risks related to quality.
* Test new features and bug fixes across platforms.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of game industry or Quality Assurance experience.
* Hands-on experience testing or working with modern game engines.
* Experience working with distributed teams.
* Advanced familiarity with source control and development tools.
* A track record improving QA processes and coaching junior team members.
