The Role
We are seeking a seasoned Operations & Logistics Manager who can bring proven expertise in driving efficiency and cost savings across warehouse and logistics operations. This is a leadership position for someone ready to take the next step in their career with a committed, privately-owned business.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring productivity and accuracy.
* Implement strategies to enhance warehouse efficiency and streamline processes.
* Deliver measurable logistics cost savings through tendering and network redesign.
* Manage relationships with 3PL providers, including experience in both using 3PL services and providing warehousing for 3PL clients.
* Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with the leadership team on strategic planning and operational excellence.
About You
* Demonstrated success in improving warehouse productivity within SME environments.
* Proven track record of reducing logistics costs through tendering and network optimization.
* Strong experience with 3PL operations (both as a client and provider).
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands‑on role.
