Laines Roofing (SA) Pty Ltd
is seeking a
Roof Plumber
to join our team in Adelaide, SA. This is a full-time role that will play a critical part in the execution of our residential and commercial roofing projects across the region.
What you'll be doing
Installing, maintaining and repairing roof plumbing systems, including downpipes, gutters, box gutters, flashings and other related components
Expert installer of roof flashings: including but not limited to aprons, barges, parapet, and penetration flashings
Box gutter design and installation: must understand sole width requirement, overflow provisions and drainage compliance
Troubleshooting and resolving plumbing issues on roofs and providing recommendations for improvements
Collaborating with the wider construction team to ensure roofing projects are completed to the highest standard
Adhering to all relevant safety protocols and quality control measures
Maintaining detailed records and providing progress updates to the project managers
What we're looking for
Formal qualifications as a Roof Plumber, with 1+ years of practical experience
Strong technical skills in roof plumbing, including the installation and repair of gutters, downpipes, flashings and associated components
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to diagnose and fix plumbing issues
Demonstrable commitment to workplace health and safety
Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the wider construction crew or work autonomously as required
A full driver's licence and White Card
Confidence in working at heights, including on Elevated Work Platforms and scaffolds
