Key Role: Relationship Manager
Our organisation is seeking an accomplished Relationship Manager to spearhead sales growth, foster strong customer relationships and internal partnerships. The ideal candidate will excel in driving sales expansion, building strategic alliances and delivering exceptional results.
Job Responsibilities:
* Determine and capitalise on sales opportunities through prescribed methodologies
* Collaborate with Product Specialists, Marketing and BDMs to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
* Nurture and expand a portfolio of existing Regulatory Compliance customers
* Develop a sales pipeline to achieve monthly or quarterly revenue targets
* Accurately maintain records of customer and prospective customer interactions in the CRM system
* Forge robust relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Essential Qualifications:
* Relevant degree qualifications accompanied by substantial work experience in sales
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience in sales within a prominent organisation
* Prior experience in solution sales or subscription sales is highly desirable
* Demonstrated sales performance against set objectives
* Experience and training in high-level account management and client relationship development
