This permanent position offers the opportunity to provide proficient, person-centred nursing care within a multidisciplinary community setting. The Clinical Nurse will deliver high-quality, client-focused mental health care within the community, working collaboratively with health professionals and external agencies to ensure continuity of care. They will provide leadership and clinical supervision to junior staff and students, contribute to quality improvement and evidence-based practice, and actively participate in teaching, research, and ongoing professional development initiatives. As a Clinical Nurse, you will deliver direct care, support mental health interventions, and contribute to care planning and evaluation. You’ll also support less experienced staff, contribute to service improvement initiatives, and may be assigned relevant portfolio responsibilities aligned with your development goals.
