We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a Cloud Support Engineer position.
* Investigate customer issues by researching and escalating them as needed.
* Work to resolve complex customer problems related to cloud services.
* Ensure timely resolution of support cases while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
* Engage with customers through phone, ticketing systems, and remote sessions.
* Participate in regular weekend working rotations.
* Contribute knowledge base articles to share lessons learned with customers.
Key Requirements:
* Proficient written and spoken English with strong presentation skills.
* Excellent academic track record from high school and university.
* Bachelor's degree in a technical field or relevant experience.
* Proven ability to go above expectations and deliver outstanding results.
* Hands-on experience in supporting Linux systems, including virtualization/cloud, containers, storage technologies, and networking.
* Cloud computing expertise in provisioning, monitoring, and orchestration.
* Advanced troubleshooting skills, including Linux integration and navigating stack traces and logs.
* Programming fundamentals in any language.
* Extensive customer support experience with a focus on customer needs and communication.
* Ability to travel internationally for company events.
