Customer Success Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

2. Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and processes to provide expert advice and drive customer success.
3. Customer Education: Provide comprehensive training and support to help customers maximize the value of our solutions.
4. Success Planning: Collaborate with customers to create tailored success plans that deliver measurable outcomes.
5. Account Health Monitoring: Regularly assess and report on customer account health to identify areas for improvement.
6. Feedback and Improvement: Gather customer feedback to inform product development and business growth opportunities.
7. Travel and Collaboration: Visit customers when necessary to foster effective partnerships.
8. Safety Commitment: Demonstrate unwavering dedication to safety protocols in support of a world-class safety culture.
Requirements:
* Education and Experience: A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered for candidates who possess the ability to perform the objectives above.
* Mining Industry Experience: Proven experience within the mine-to-mill chain, including drill & blast, load & haul, and fixed plant operations.
* Post-Secondary Education: A degree in mining, business, engineering, technology, or a related field is preferred.
* Customer-Facing Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success, account management, or customer support.
