Job Details: Initial 6‐month contract with view to extend. Full‐time, hybrid – WFH 2 days per week.
Location: Truganina – secure on‐site parking and option to WFH Mondays and Fridays.
We are seeking an experienced Administrator with a background in credit and accounts receivable.
Responsibilities
* Create new customer accounts
* Update the database for changes to customer information, fees, rebates, etc.
* Close and suspend accounts that are no longer trading
* Ensure all legal documentation and paperwork is accurate, maintained, and uploaded correctly
* Governance reviews, including review of legal entities and ABNs
* Send notifications for new stores and closed stores
* Assist in raising legal paperwork
Qualifications
* Credit administration experience
* Accurate data entry and experience with database management
* Desire to work as part of a team, work hard but laugh harder
* Friendly and helpful attitude to step in where needed
