We are seeking an Experienced Administration Assistant with excellent customer service skills to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a background working in smash repairs, insurance, parts or similar administrator role, to join our amazing team.
What you'll need to succeed:
* Xero or similar accounting experience
* Previous experience in Panel Beating industry or Insurance industry.
* Excellent Customer Service skills.
* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
* High standard of computer literacy skills with speed and accuracy.
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
* Organised and able to meet deadlines.
* Ability to multi-task, Ability to work unsupervised and as a team player.
* High attention to detail.
