An exciting new opportunity is available for a Graduate Service Desk Analyst at an IT Managed Service Provider. This is a permanent position, located in the Northern Beaches. The organisation has a collaborative working environment with excellent facilities on site.
**Your new role**
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Microsoft desktop operating systems skills: eg. Windows 10
- Understanding of Virtualisation: eg. ESX/ESXi, Hyper-V.
- Understanding of basic networking (switching, security, firewalling, VPNs)
- Understanding of 'The Cloud', collaboration and mobility
- Excellent understanding Cyber Security and some of the basic security methods
