Join us and discover more about how we support and value our team members.Senior Planning OfficerWhat you’ll do:Lead the assessment of complex development and subdivision applicationsRepresent the City at SAT, DAP, and other forumsSupervise and mentor Planning OfficersProvide expert planning advice and contribute to policy developmentAbout You:Tertiary qualifications in Urban and Regional PlanningExtensive experience in statutory planning and leadershipStrong understanding of WA planning legislationExcellent negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skillsPlanning OfficerWhat you’ll do:Respond to planning enquiries and provide pre-lodgement adviceAssess development and subdivision applicationsConduct site inspections and prepare reportsInvestigate compliance matters and provide statutory planning adviceAbout You:Tertiary qualifications in Town Planning or related disciplineStrong knowledge of statutory planning in a local government contextExcellent communication and decision-making skillsLocal Government experience and current driver’s licence requiredBe Part of Our FutureThis is acandidate poolfor future vacancies.
