· Support Project Managers with project planning, reporting, and documentation
· Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal resources
· Manage project schedules, meeting minutes, and stakeholder communication
· Track budgets, purchase orders, and project compliance requirements
· Ensure project delivery aligns with safety, quality, and environmental standards
· Experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role
· Strong organisational and communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word; MS Project desirable)
· Background in water, civil, construction, or utilities highly regarded
