My IT Shop is a growing local IT and device repair business based in Noosa. We're looking for a motivated Phone Repair Technician to join our friendly team.

About the Role
You'll be responsible for:
* Diagnosing and repairing smartphones and tablets (screens, batteries, charging ports, etc.)
* Providing excellent customer service
* Booking in and managing repair jobs
* Testing devices before and after repairs
* Assisting with general shop duties and IT support (training provided)
About You
We're looking for someone who:
* Has prior phone repair experience OR is willing to learn
* Is reliable, punctual, and well-presented
* Has strong attention to detail
* Is comfortable working with customers
* Can work independently and as part of a team
* Has a genuine interest in technology
Experience with iPhone, Samsung, and other manufacturer repairs is a bonus, but not essential.

Job Type: Casual
Pay: $20.00 – $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 30 per week
