Job Title: Supply Chain Process Specialist
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our supply chain team in optimizing pallet tracking processes, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring data accuracy.
This role requires a strong problem-solver who can analyze complex issues, implement effective solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives, driving business growth, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
* Develop and implement effective pallet control procedures to standardize and improve pallet tracking processes.
* Collaborate with operations, sales, and finance teams to identify and solve repetitive issues related to pallet imbalances.
* Provide training and development in effective pallet control procedures for all roles contributing to pallet control within logistics.
* Maintain KPI performance and engage with operational teams to present regular reports to management highlighting performance against KPIs, trends, opportunities, and threats.
