The Asset Management Role
About the Role
This is a key position within our organization responsible for overseeing daily facilities management operations across all facilities, ensuring safe, reliable and efficient functioning. You will provide expert input into configuration control, warranty management and defect liability period resolution. Lead condition, performance and lifecycle modelling using Maximo and BIM.
Key Responsibilities
* Inspecting station and depot FM systems to verify compliance with statutory maintenance schedules and standards.
* Acting as contract owner for FM service contracts and managing day-to-day contractor deliverables.
* Overseeing supplier performance reviews, KPI dashboards and monthly contract meetings.
You will also be responsible for preparing performance dashboards summarizing asset availability, maintenance completion and contractor performance. Additionally, you will respond to incidents and coordinate restoration actions.
Requirements
* Certification in Facilities Management or Asset Management.
* 5+ years' experience in facilities asset management or O&M within large infrastructure projects (rail or GOA4 networks advantageous).
* Proven record managing contracts and suppliers in PPP/O&M environments.
* Strong technical knowledge of building services systems.
