About Our Client
We're currently partnering with a growing business in the heart of Brisbane City who are seeking an experienced Finance Officer to join their team.
Job Description
End-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing
Daily bank reconciliations and monitoring incoming / outgoing payments
Handling invoice queries, supplier statements and following up on outstanding payments
Maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with month-end reporting
Supporting the Finance Manager with ad hoc tasks as needed
Assisting with general ledger reconciliations and data entry
The Successful Applicant
Proven experience in a similar AP / AR or Finance Officer role
Strong attention to detail and solid reconciliation skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
A proactive attitude and the ability to hit the ground running
Experience with MYOB, Xero, or similar systems is a bonus
