About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as an Administration Officer. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Administration Officer and our hardworking team with the day-to-day running of our aged care home.
With no two days the same, your duties will expand across multiple functions including Occupancy, Compliance, Recruitment, Rostering as well as reception relief.

We offer residents the choice of large single and twin rooms with adjoining ensuites.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Senior Administration Officer and the team
* Manage and prioritise multiple tasks
* Communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
* Use proficiency with MS Office Suite and ability to use and learn various systems
Requirements:
Valid working rights in Australia, complete a NDIS workers check and/or Police check, experience in administration (aged care or healthcare desirable), proficiency with MS Office Suite, and ability to use and learn various systems.
