We are looking for a Assistant Venue Manager
**Reporting to the Venue Manager you will be responsible for**
- Efficiently running the day to day operations
- Leading the team to deliver exceptional customer experience
- Strong knowledge in all aspects of running a busy hotel
- Experienced in managing functions
- Manage, implement and monitor operational processes
- Roster management according to business needs
- Managing Maintenance and venue appearance
- Onboarding, training and upskilling team members
**About you**
- A hands on leadership approach
- A minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory role
- Highly organised and effective time management
- Coordinating a small team
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Understanding and knowledge of Hospitality industry
- Knowledge of rostering casual labour
- Proven use of technology such as Deputy
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Excellent communicator
- RSA / RCG
