This is a temporary part-time role, 0.5 FTE up to 31 December 2026, based in the Rosebud office. The salary is $80,395 (full-time equivalent) per annum, plus super, pro-rated to FTE worked. The role offers 19 hours per week across 4 days.
About the Role
Reporting to the Coordinator – Payroll Services, the core responsibilities include:
- Processing timesheets, payroll, and superannuation requirements
- Delivering an excellent employee experience to our approximately 1,000 employees
- End-to-end processing, ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and legislative requirements
- Maintaining personnel file records, correspondence, and accurate records of all payroll-related activities in a confidential manner
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Attention to detail, with accurate and timely payroll processing
- Strong customer service skills, providing a high standard of clear and skilled service to internal and external clients
- Knowledge of payroll legislation, including industrial/employment legislation, regulations, frameworks, superannuation, and awards
- Proficiency with payroll systems, including demonstrated skills using a Payroll Software system or HR Information System
- Problem-solving skills, addressing payroll queries and resolving issues efficiently
- A continuous improvement mindset, seeking opportunities to enhance our services
- Demonstrated experience in a payroll function, preferably in a medium to large organisation
